Please note that the card you were given contains a CODE ON THE BACK. This code is your PROOF OF PURCHASE. Orders will not be completed without this code. The code is unique and valid for ONE PURCHASE ONLY. Protect your code as it becomes invalid after one use, do not share your code.
Please ensure that you enter all information carefully and accurately. Items will not be replaced if ordered incorrectly.
Once you submit your order you will see a confirmation message and receive a confirmation email to the address you provided. This means we have received your order. Your pet tag will be made and shipped via standard mail within Canada in 4-7 business days. If your order will be shipped outside of Canada you will need to upgrade your shipping method.
